Rosy Cervantes, Una Voz Inigualable

Rosy Cervantes, an unequalled voice
Josué Hernández Carmona
Rosy Cervantes and her band La Sana Rabia delighted us once again during a spectacular show on April 9, at the Lula Lounge.
The audience got to witness the outpouring of energy and the talent of Cervantes and her band, and observe the wide variety of styles and rhythms the band had infused together.
Her own songs, such as No te vayas had the same effect on the audience. Many of them danced and gave her a standing ovation for her performance. The audience also sung along to covers that Cervantes performed perfectly such as Oye Como Va, La Chancla and more.
One of the highlights of the evening was when Cervantes invited Julian Marz to the stage. Together they sang Ana a song created by Cervantes; which showcased the excellent chemistry they have and every one in the audience was able to hear and feel it.
Rosy Cervantes and La Sana Rabia sounded great together on stage; transporting us with reggae songs like Get Up, Stand Up by Bob Marley, and taking us to the heart of México with traditional Mexican songs like La Llorona and La Chancla.
It is safe to say Cervantes, guests and special guests, and of course the audience was completely satisfied by the outstanding performance.
